You scanned the QR code in the waiting room: your ticket is on the page that opened on your phone.
Closed the page? Open it again from your browser history. Or scan the code on the waiting-room screen again: if you already had a ticket, you get the same one back.
What your ticket holds
A number, for example A-008, your place in the queue and an estimated wait. Nothing else: no name, no phone number, no reason for your visit. Dorek keeps the ticket number for 30 days, then deletes it. Nothing in it tells who you are.
To get an alert
Tap “Alert me when it’s almost my turn” on your ticket: your phone rings and vibrates when your turn is near. What to know for your phone
