Dorek (دورك) is a digital waiting list for walk-in medical practices in Algeria: a patient in the room scans a QR code, gets an anonymous number and follows their turn on their phone. The code changes every 2 minutes, so only patients who are there can take a number. No names, phone numbers or health data. From 4 900 DZD a month, with a 7-day free trial (14 days on a colleague’s invitation).

How to pay
Dorek sends you an invoice. You pay it:
- by CIB or Edahabia card, through a payment link;
- or by CCP transfer, quoting the invoice number.
Your subscription starts as soon as the payment arrives.
What else you need
You buy nothing from Dorek. You need a screen in the waiting room: a TV with a browser, a TV stick (about 12,000 to 13,000 DZD, bought by the practice) or a tablet on the reception desk. And your phone.
Referrals: a free month for each of you
Once you subscribe, invite a colleague from the app. Their trial lasts 14 days. If they pay within 30 days after their trial, they get a free month, and so do you. Two months each if they pay for a year. Up to 12 free months a year for you.

Questions about prices
Is the price per doctor or per practice?
Per waiting room. Each doctor has their own room. A practice with one doctor pays for one licence.
Are taxes included?
Yes. All prices include all taxes.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. The trial is free, with no bank card and nothing to pay up front.
What happens if I don’t pay after the trial?
Patients can no longer take a number in your waiting room until you pay. You pay on invoice, by card or by CCP transfer.
Can I stop my subscription?
Yes, at any time. You keep access to the app until the end of the period you have already paid.
Can prices change?
Yes, prices may change without notice. A change never affects the period you have already paid.
